The link below opens to summary of the number of times authors have published in the Journal of Operations Management.  We offer this information in order to convey some idea of the representation of the scholars who have published in the Journal of Operations Management over the years.  As with all journals, there is a community of scholars with a high degree of representation, yet there are also numerous contributions by individual authors that have published one or two papers.  In fact, over 85% of the 887 articles published have been by authors who have only published once or twice in JOM. 

We appreciate the interest and fine work provided by all authors who have published in the journal and always seek to encourage new authors from a diverse set of institutions to submit their work for review and publication.  We apologize to any authors who may feel that we "miscounted" - we had to make a few subjective judgment calls as to whether to count editorials and introductions to special issues.
